Consumed Use

Shake the pack well before each use to mix the two phases. Soak a cotton pad with Uriage Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover and apply with small touches over the eyelids for 10 seconds to dissolve makeup. Rub without rubbing over lashes from root to tip.
