Geek and Gorgeous Cheer Up is a liquid exfoliator designed to gently and effectively treat combination to oily skin, and is also suitable for sensitive skin prone to redness. It works on enlarged pores, oiliness, acne and post-acne marks.

Properties

Geek and Gorgeous Cheer Up has a light, fast absorbing liquid texture. Formulated with a duo of acids: Salicylic Acid and Mandelic Acid that exfoliates the skin surface and the inside of the pores, exerting antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action. The Mandelic Acid, acts mainly on the surface on acne and post-acne marks while the Salicylic Acid acts inside the pores, treating comedones and dilated pores, In addition to these two acids, it contains Sarcosine, an amino acid derivative that further contributes to the closure of dilated pores and regulates oil synthesis, evening out the skin surface. The trio Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol, boosts water retention capacity and strengthens the skin barrier. With a pH between 3.2 and 3.6.
Not irritating or drying. Not tested on animals. Vegan. Fragrance and essential oil free. Gluten free.

Results

With continued use, improves several typical problems of combination skin such as: enlarged pores, excessive oil production, comedones, acne and post-acne marks.

Counsels for Use

Apply Geek and Gorgeous Cheer Up to pre-cleansed skin. Use as a toner, with a cotton pad or place in hand and apply to face similar to the male aftershave ritual. Avoid the area around the eyes. Wait to be absorbed. Follow with your usual serums and moisturisers.
Safe for use during pregnancy. Can be used every other day or twice daily, depending on skin tolerability level. Generally, once a day is recommended. Mandelic Acid can cause sun damage, so it is advisable to apply sunscreen in the morning. As it contains BHA, it is not recommended in case of allergy to aspirin.
