Indications

Bioderma Photoderm Pediatrics Lait SPF50 is recommended to provide very high broad spectrum protection: UVB, long and short UVA to the sensitive and delicate skin of babies and children with atopic-prone skin.

Properties

Bioderma Photoderm Pediatrics Lait SPF50 has a fluid, non-sticky and non-greasy texture that is easy to apply and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin moisturised for up to 8 hours. It gives an invisible, non-sticky finish. Formulated with Sun Barrier Technology, it guarantees high-tech sun protection developed to protect the self-defence capacity of children's delicate skin during sun exposure. This technology combines 4 UV filters, non-controversial with a low ecotoxicity profile, Vitamin E naturally present in the skin and apricot kernel oil to provide biomimetic lipids, conferring triple protection:
- broad spectrum protection, optimised against short and long UVA rays.
- Antioxidant protection, to maintain the skin's low natural reserves of squalene from UV oxidation and prevent long-term damage.
- Cutaneous barrier protection, reinforcing its function.
Multi-resistant: water, sand, perspiration and friction. Very good eye and skin tolerance. Photostable. Fragrance-free.
The formula respects aquatic ecosystems and is non-toxic to corals, microalgae and freshwater plankton.

Advice for use

Apply a generous amount of Bioderma Photoderm Pediatrics Lait SPF50 about 30 minutes before sun exposure and spread evenly over wet or dry skin with a gentle massage until completely absorbed. To maintain protection, reapply every 2 hours and after showering, towelling or perspiring.
After exposure, it is advisable to cleanse with Atoderm Shower Oil and moisturise with Atoderm Ultra Cream or Atoderm Intensive Baume.
Avoid contact with fabrics.
